About Max Adler Books

Max writing

Max Adler started writing during the Covid lockdown because, frankly, it was that or bake banana bread and cry into the void. While the world panicked, overthought, and doomscrolled, Max grabbed a notebook and started scribbling down the stuff no one was saying—but absolutely needed to hear.

What began as therapy-by-keyboard quickly became something more. With a sharp eye for human absurdity and a background in real-world self-help study (think psychology, behaviour science, and how-not-to-lose-your-mind-ology), Max writes for people who are tired of being told to "manifest harder" or "wake up at 5am and hydrate their chakras."

Max Adler Books exists for the thinkers. The anxious. The high-functioning procrastinators. The ones who look like they have it together but are actually Googling “how to stop spiralling” at 2am.

This isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming functional—with humour, realism, and maybe a little swearing. Max isn’t here to make millions (but won’t say no to coffee money). The goal is simple: to help people think better, act smarter, and maybe laugh at themselves in the process.
