Hey, I’m Max. I write self-help books for people who roll their eyes at self-help books.

You know the type—chapter one starts with a story about a monk, and by chapter three you’re apparently meant to have reinvented your life, built a side hustle, and started meditating in a forest. Yeah… no thanks.
I’m not a guru. I’m just someone who’s been through the burnout, the brain fog, the “Why am I yelling at the toaster again?” phase of life. And instead of pretending I’ve got it all together, I started writing down what actually helped—no BS, no preaching, no magical thinking.

These books are for the real days. The “forgot to drink water again” days. The “maybe I am the problem” days. They’re practical, honest, occasionally sarcastic guides for figuring yourself out without needing a trust fund, a Himalayan retreat, or a vision board.
